Affiliate Terms
Introduction
The ShellSecrets Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and entities (“Affiliates”) for referring new users to our platform. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the Affiliate and ShellSecrets.
By joining the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms.
Eligibility
To qualify for participation:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have a valid website, social media channel, or platform that complies with applicable laws and does not host or promote offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- You must not misrepresent ShellSecrets or impersonate ShellSecrets personnel or branding.
ShellSecrets reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote ShellSecrets in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Use only official marketing materials provided or approved by ShellSecrets.
- Avoid misleading claims or promises regarding our products or services.
- Refrain from spamming, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive redirection tactics.
Violations will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Commission Structure
Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions based on successful referrals. A successful referral is defined as:
- A user who clicks on a valid affiliate link and completes a qualifying action (e.g., purchase or subscription).
- The referral must be tracked through our official affiliate tracking platform.
Details of commission rates, thresholds, and payout cycles will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated periodically.
Payouts
- Commissions will be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved method.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 (or equivalent in local currency).
- Payments are typically processed within 30 days following the end of the month in which the commission was earned.
- Any fraudulent, refunded, or chargeback-related transactions will not qualify for commission.
Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShellSecrets’ trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of participation in the Affiliate Program.
You may not modify, duplicate, or use ShellSecrets’ assets in a misleading or unlawful manner.
Termination
ShellSecrets reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Grounds for immediate termination include:
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of these terms
- Damage to ShellSecrets’ reputation or brand
Upon termination, all licenses and access to the affiliate system will be revoked, and unpaid commissions may be withheld.
Modification of Terms
ShellSecrets reserves the right to amend these Affiliate Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
Limitation of Liability
ShellSecrets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Affiliate Program. The total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate.
